Sportfishing is in decline and was threatening the sustainability of the local community. One of North America’s top sport fishing resorts was under new ownership who wanted a full digital marketing campaign to launch their new eco-resort and get the market excited about the launch of future Indigenous eco-tours.
Our Answer
We developed a full omni-channel digital approach, starting with rich cinematic video and authentic imagery featuring locals as the hero. Then, we took that engaging content and pushed it through the best available channels like Facebook (which saw a near 50% increase in hard to earn organic reach) and Instagram (a near 600% increase). Relevant website visits increased 30% in the first 4 months. SEO efforts saw the resort move from 200th to 4th place and even 1st position on critical keywords.
